We are a Japan-based company focused on professional support for employers and skilled foreign workers under the Tokutei Ginou system. But behind the organization, there are people who have lived on both sides of this journey.

Our team has worked in Japanese companies, navigated immigration processes firsthand, and understands what it feels like to start a new life in a foreign country. That experience shapes everything we do.

We do not measure success by placement volume. We measure it by whether workers feel supported, whether employers can trust the process, and whether relationships last beyond the first contract.
